Fees and Attendance.
Registration.
To secure a place for your child we require a £50 administration fee plus a £500 deposit.
The deposit is returned on your child's departure date (in line with contractual agreements).
If you decide not to take up the secured place, for whatever reason,
the deposit is non-refundable. Fees correct as of March 2025.
Full Days.
Our daily fee is £120, covering 8am to 5.30pm. This includes three nutritionist approved meals, snacks, formula, nappies, wipes, and any outings.

Payments are made monthly in advance and apply year-round, covering all 52 weeks.

We require a minimum attendance of three days per week, as we believe consistency helps children feel safe and secure. A stable routine allows them to settle quickly, making drop-offs smoother for both parents and children.
For those needing early care between 7.30-8am, we offer this at an additional rate of £10 per session.
Settling In.
Once your deposit is received, you’re welcome to join our informal stay and play sessions every Monday and Friday from 9.30am to 10.30am. These sessions give you the opportunity to get to know our team, explore the setting with your child, and become part of the Happycrew family at a comfortable pace.

Two weeks before the official start date, your child will attend 10 consecutive settling-in sessions, running Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 11:30am, at £45 per session.
These sessions are designed to help children adjust to the nursery environment, build familiarity with practitioners, and ensure a smooth transition.

Please note, the settling-in period must run without breaks leading into the official start date, and the schedule is non-negotiable.
