We’re big believers in fresh air and muddy boots. A large part of our day is spent outdoors - exploring at forest school, climbing, building dens, and even taking naps wrapped up warmly in the fresh air.
But when we step back inside, something shifts.
Birdwatching in St Albans is such a simple, calming way to get outdoors - especially with children. Local spots like Verulamium Park, Heartwood Forest and the River Ver are brilliant for spotting robins, blue tits, great tits, ducks and even the odd heron if you’re lucky.
