Happycrew’s Summer Family Open Day: A Celebration of Connection and Community

What a truly fantastic Sunday we had at Happycrew! Our Summer Family Open Day was a joyful celebration of everything we love most - welcoming families, building community, and giving children the space to learn and play with confidence and curiosity.

We were so excited to open our doors and give new families a chance to tour the nursery, meet the team, and explore the inspiring spaces we’ve lovingly created. There were smiles all around as little ones explored the rooms, gardens, and sensory play areas, while parents chatted with our passionate practitioners.

Family Open Day - The Best Parts

Seeing so many of our existing Happycrew children return with their families and proudly show off their favourite activities. Whether it was exploring nature in our garden, diving into craft tables, or joining in one of the pop-up activities.

✨ Our special guests and pop-ups made the day even more magical:

• Story Box brought storytelling to life with music and imagination

• Unplugged Early Years and Mienna Jones shared important conversations about screen-free childhoods

• Kidslingo St Albans gave little linguists a taste of Spanish

• Little Dreams Consulting offered guidance around sleep for little ones

• Drama Tots UK inspired confidence and creativity through play

• Tiny Acorns Book Club brought stories and adventures to every corner

• And a touch of crafty fun with some crochet creativity
